Michael was born in Tampa and attended Plant High School and completed degrees in Soil Science and Soil Chemistry at the University of Florida.  Michael has worked on a number of projects in Florida including Phase I ESAs and underground storage tank (UST) cases related to former filling stations and convenience stores.
